Mocktail in Minutes

Piñata Colada

Ingredients
100 ml Gracia Cero Pineapple Piñata
60 ml Pineapple juice (fresh/ tetrapak)
60 ml Coconut milk
2-3 cubes of fresh, cut pineapple
10 ml Lime juice
Ice

Method
Mix all ingredients in a mixie till smooth.
Pour over ice into a tall glass
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple

Mango Chundo Margarita

Ingredients
100 ml Gracia Cero Raw ‘n’ Wild Mango
1 large, sweet mango, de-seeded and 
cubed into pieces
20 ml Lime juice
4 cubes of ice
I tbsp sweet & spicy mango chundo (Gujarati sweet pickle) + extra for garnish  
Black salt/ salt for glass rim

Method
Pour chundo with its liquid on a plate, coat 
the glass rim with it. Then coat with salt.
Place a tbsp of chundo at the base of the glass
Mix all ingredients in a mixie till smooth
Pour into the glass. Add a few mango cubes on top

Watermelon Phataka

Ingredients
100 ml Gracia Cero Pineapple Piñata
50 ml Watermelon juice
20 ml Lime juice
4 Slices of Jalapeno/ spicy green chili

Method
In a cocktail shaker muddle the chilis.
Add ice and the remaining ingredients.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe, or over ice in a margarita glass.
Garnish with a lime and a chilli slice

Mumbai Mule

Ingredients
60 ml Gracia Cero Raw ‘n’ Wild Mango
200 ml Beer
10 ml Lime juice
1 tbsp Sugar (optional)
Lemon wheels + Mint Sprigs for Garnish

Method
In a cocktail shaker, muddle all the ingredients. 
Add Ice
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a copper glass.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig.
